Coal pit in the lands of Eastfield to the Furnace coal at 24 fathoms, and Armadale Ball coal at 70 fathoms.

"About ½ Mile North of Fauldhouse Rows. Common Coal of a superior Kind is taken from this Pit; it is worked by a Steam Engine of 10 horse power, and the depth of Shaft is 20 fathoms; it is leased and worked by the coltness iron company and is the property of John Storry Esq. Burnhead."
