To be Let, for a period of Ten or Eleven Years. THE whole MINERALS in the Estate of TREES, situated in the Parish of Bathgate and County of Linlithgow. This Property extends to about 41 ½ Scots Acres, and lies in the immediate vicinity of the far famed Torbanehill Gas Coal. Ironstone is also wrought in the surrounding Properties. Besides having the advantage of good Roads, a Branch Railway passes the North March of the Property. The Boundaries of the Estate will be pointed out by the Proprietor, who is resident there; and the Conditions of Let will be seen in the hands of Robert Brock, Writer in Bathgate, with whom written offers must be lodged on or before the Ist of March next. Bathgate, 3d Jan. 1855.
