VALUABLE HERITABLE AND MINERAL PROPERTIES IN LINLITHGOWSHIRE FOR SALE.

First. The ESTATE of TORBANE, in the Parish of Bathgate, with the whole Minerals therein, and right to Mineral Lease. The Lands extend to about 100 Acres Imperial, and are presently Let in Grass. The Fences are in good order, there is a Cottage upon the lands. The Public Burdens are moderate, and there Feu-Duty. The Minerals, which adjoin the field of the famous Torbanehill, are presently Let to Messrs James Russel & Son, under a lease which expires at Whitsunday 1875. Report by John Geddes, M.E., upon the Minerals, can be shown to intending purchasers. Upset Price, £10,000.
