• AGREEMENT OF LEASE . It was reported that on 26th September, 1925, Minute of Agreement of lease between Mr . J . J .M. Hannah, Girvan and the company , of 300 square yards of ground at Girvan to be used for the purpose of erecting there a bulk motor spirit and burning oil depot, for 21 years from Whitsunday , 1925 with a break at the end of 10 years, at a rent of £0 per·annum, was executed on behalf of the company, which was confirmed.
