Fond farewells as 'Harry' calls it a day

A PRESENTATION took place on Friday night at Blackburn Miners' Welfare to Mr Harry Zoltowski, who is retiring after 12 1/2 years service with Stanton and Staveley at their Addiewell Works.

"Harry," as he is affectionately known, is a very popular man, both with his workmates and with the local community.

BOUQUET

Mr Metcalfe, manager of Addiewell works, presented Mr Zoltowski - on behalf of his workmates - with a portable television, whilst Mrs Zoltowski was presented with a bouquet.

Mr and Mrs Zoltowski live at Breich Villa, West Calder.
