Uphall Oil Company Ltd. time abstract book no 2 covering dates from 01/11/1881-04/10/1882, detailing dates, names, pay for different activities and trades in the company.
Later used as a scrapbook by James Forrest, Burnside Cottage, Bridgend for newspaper cuttings of contributions he sent to the local press and articles about the shale oil industry. Much of the original time book detail is still legible
